Fall Pieces that I love

    Fall officially starts September 22, 2018 in the U.S. What better way to get ready for fall than with a whole new wardrobe? As you have been following me over the years you might have noticed that my style somewhat changed. I am have been going for a more casual laid back look. I still like to keep the look classy and chic. I just want pieces that I can wear everyday. I also invest in pieces that I can easily mix and match. Such as a white cashmere sweater. Which I can wear with a denim skirt, a pair of jeans or even a silk dress.

Sneakers +Dresses

I have been asked this question a lot lately. Whether or not you can wear sneakers with dresses. Of course you can definitely wear sneakers with dresses and still look stylish. Sometimes I wear sneakers with dresses. Especially when I am running errands.  The exact dress seen above is sold out but I added some similar styles that would also look great with a pair of sneakers for you below.

Ready for the Holidays

Red is one of the most popular colors to wear during the holiday seasons. It is timeless and very elegant. It is my favorite color! I 'm not going to lie half of the dresses I own are red. I never get tired of seeing this color. I guess you could say that I am into bright colors. This dress might not be in everyone's budget, but I did find a similar style for $23 (click here to view). I also found this other one for $25 (click here to view). 

Keeping it Casual for work

 For the guys I think less is more. I like to keep it simple. For fall I would suggest going with darker colors like brown, black and grey. These colors go with anything and looks good on most people. Not to mention that all these colors are easy to style. You can easily mix and match these pieces. For example you can wear that plaid shirt with blue jeans for fall and white jeans for spring. This particular outfit is perfect for a casual day at work. 

Black

Black has become one of my favorite colors. It's a color easy to pull off and looks good on anyone. Plus it makes you look slimmer. 

Anything but Basic Fall Fashion

Today I wanted a more casual look, but nothing to basic. I know how basic jeans can be thats why I like to dress it up. This peach color top is the perfect top to go with these jeans. I am really into neutral colors right now. Neutral colors can go with almost any color and print. I also am liking these statement earrings. I love a statement piece. These pink glitter ankle booties are pretty bold. Which is why I added it to this look. Put all these pieces together and you have a casual chic look for fall!

My Fall Style

Does it seem like you have nothing to wear? Well, look again!  See all these pieces. Good, now it's time to mix and match. Try layering that black tank top over a blouse.  Voila! You have a new top. I love layers especially for fall. You can make any old top look brand new. I had this blue top for a while, bought it a couple months ago. I recently attended the Create & Cultivate event. I did not know  what I was going to wear to the event.  I was super busy and had no time to go shopping.  So I did a little browsing  in my closet. I found this black top that I had and layered it over  this other top that I had. I got so many compliments on this outfit.

The Create and Cultivate event was pretty cool. I met so many aspiring bloggers and established bloggers. The event is basically for anyone wanting to learn more about working within the fashion industry. I would definitely recommend going to this event if you can.

Designer Brands that I Love

Today's Outfit is more of a splurge than a bargain. If you are the type that likes high end designer brands, then this may be for you. You can even wear this outfit to fashion week! This outfit will definitely make a bold statement. Especially with the yellow pants. Yellow pants are not something you see everyday.  When I go shopping, I usually look for budget friendly pieces that look just as good as the designer pieces. Though the pieces seen here are not items you see everyday. It can be an investment piece. You can also mix and match high end designer brands with more affordable brands.

Vacation Getaway

Today's outfit of the day is perfect to take to a tropical vacation. This jumpsuit would be perfect for date night or a night out with your girlfriends. Don't forget about accessories! Try adding on a cuff or a pair of gold earrings. Which would look so stylish. I love a jumpsuit, they are my go to outfit. I added a few of my favorites below. Off the Shoulder Blouse

 Sometimes you don't feel like  dressing up. Somedays you might to want to wear something casual. This outfit is perfect for those kind of days. Off the shoulder tops are the latest fashion trend for spring 2017. These tops are light and are great for those hot summer days. Unfortunately the black blouse seen above is sold out, but I added some similar styles for you all below.  That I think you all will also like. You may click on the images in the carousel below to view. Casual Style

Here's a little something for the men. This casual cool look, can be worn during the day or night. The outfit is simple yet youthful. This outfit is perfect for the city boy that likes that laid back style. This outfit can be worn during the spring and fall. Denim is a look that looks great on just about anyone.

If you are not into the whole denim on denim look you can alternate with other pieces. Such as another pair of pants or dress shirt.  

My look of the day

This week it has been getting really cold outside. I am loving the weather. Sometimes you want to stay warm without having to put on a heavy jacket. That is why I like this vest. This stripped vest works with a lot of my outfits. You can even wear a vest like this with your gym clothes. I got it on sale over the weekend. I added some similar styles for you all below.

Fall 2016 Fashion Trends 4u to Follow

This fall season pinstripes are in! This type of fabric can be worn with other darker colors. This type of outfit is great for working in the office. This outfit is more formal. I would prefer to make it more feminine by adding on some jewelry and a pair of pumps. When wearing suits like this, I like to make it as feminine as I can. You can choose to just wear the vest over a dress or with a skirt. You may also wear these pants with a blouse and a leather jacket. I added some similar styles for you all below.
