Cake

Toady I had a ton of bananas at home that no one was eating. So I decided to make a banana cake. The cake was easy to make and  it was delicious. The cake was so good that my guests had seconds.  It tastes even better with ice cream(at least thats what people told me).

 
    Ingredients
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 small eggs
  • 4-5 sliced bananas
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 5 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons of butter can be whipped or regular(can be replaced with canola oil)
In a large mixing bowl add the flour,sugar, and baking powder; mix this together. Next, melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds. After, you melt the butter add the milk, eggs and stir.

In a baking pan add the flour mixture, bananas,melted butter mixture,flour mixture and banana. (layering each time)You want to continue layering the cake until you have three layers. When you reach the third layer you add whats left of the melted butter mixture on top. 

Bake for 370F for 30 minutes or until cake starts to get brown around the edges. (you can also use a fork to check to see if your cake is  ready)When you remove the cake from the oven you can sprinkle it with some cinnamon .
